James Dawson Martin's Personal Website: True Motivation

His fans are happy - James Dawson Martin has launched his own big website. On www.JamesDawsonMartin.com you learn pretty much from the 24-year-old bodybuilder and fitness model. James tells about himself and explains his approach to weight lifting. In the training sections you find special information about his training and nutrition. You can also sign up and become a member. Then you have access to higher quality versions of his workout videos, all new videos he releases, photo galleries, and updated training articles. James Dawson Martin explains...

How he started:
I took up working out (some may say religion) aged 17. I was around 125lbs when I started out & 6ft. I took it up for myself. Vanity, women, etc. were not driving forces for me. Women come and go, cars and material objects come and go. Your body & your motivation, dedication and lifestyle stay with you to the very end.

Why he loves working out:
If you can look back on your last workout and tell yourself you pushed yourself as far as you could, if you look back on the past year and can say you made some progress, or even helped another person in making progress.... You'll understand.

How he stays motivated:
Use anything that goes against you in life as a driving force in the gym. Use anything that is positive in your lifestyle and use it/present it outside of the gym.

Bodybuilding accomplishments:
Motivating others to get the results they desire far surpasses anything else I may have done in this industry.

His stats:
Height: 6'3.0" (1.91 m)
Weight: 182 lb (82.7 kg)
Arms: 17.2" (43.69 cm)
Forearms: 1" (2.54 cm)
Shoulders: 1" (2.54 cm)
Chest: 44" (111.76 cm)
Thighs: 24" (60.96 cm)
Calves: 17" (43.18 cm)
Bodyfat: 6.0 %
