Matt & Kevin: Two Brothers Train Biceps

Matt is building his physique in order to compete in bodybuilding competitions. His brother, Kevin, 19, is putting on muscle to play varsity football in college. They both have great biceps. Kevin's are probably a bit bigger, Matt's are more defined.

After tearing their biceps up doing EZ bar curls and alternating dumbbell curls, Matt and Kevin, 19, go for a final burn with machine hammer curls and flexing their biceps.

Justin is a pro hockey player in Canada who also does fitness modeling. In Toronto, after competing in the FAME fitness model contest, he was doing a photo shoot in downtown Toronto.
