Daniel Jacob: Athlete and Artist

This man is an artist in many ways. People know Daniel's great look, his stunning physique. But Daniel Jacob, 22 years old, from Philadelphia, is not only a successful fitness and fashion model. He has much more talents. First David is a photographer. His objects are buildings, flowers, landscapes. Then Daniel is a painter. He creates colorful and modern pictures. Finally Daniel is an artist in respect to his body, the result of an intensive workout. His favorite bodypart is his chest, his favorite bodybuilder is Jay Cutler.

Daniel started off as a fitness model and has moved more into the fashion realm. He has been featured in many fitness and fashion magazines. The list of the model agencies and companies he has worked for is long: Abercrombie and Fitch, Strengthnet, Vistavideo and Allamericanguys. There the shoots have recently shifted from fashion to more personal, suggestive ones. Daniel enjoys this: "That keeps it fresh and interesting for me."

Daniel has his personal training certificate through the American Council on Exercise. On his homepage djacob.net you can hire him to do online personal training and get nutritional advise. This includes workout plans, meal guides, workout tips, and personal chats to discuss the programms. Besides his online activities he has other future plans: Daniel intends to go into law school next year. Right now he's in the application process, looking at a couple of schools in California and Florida.

Daniel Jacob is both down to earth and philosophic. His favorite quote is from Dave Matthews: "Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die." That's why he's fully living every day and enjoys to be creative in so many ways. That's his art of life. Not to forget: His cheat food is ice cream. This belongs to his art of life too.

Daniel's basic stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 180 lbs

Andrew Aponick: Power Man with Power Mind

It's the beginning of a video on Allamericanguys.com: A basketball field. A young muscleman is concentrated and is looking to the basket. He starts playing with the ball and running to the basket. Faster and faster. He comes close to the basket, jumps, stretches his right arm, throws the ball and - narrow: The ball is bouncing at the egde of the basket. Andrew takes it easy. He knows that he can do it better. A cool guy. He smiles, is kidding and instantly goes back for a next try.

Expert in muscles

Basketball is only one of Andrew Aponick's passions and talents. Besides golf, wakeboarding and boating the 26 year old fitness and fashion model (height: 5' 10", weight: 180 lbs) is above all working out. Andrew is an expert in muscles. He's an expert in muscles in two ways.

First: his own physique. In contrast to many other gym guys and bodybuilders Andrew has no body part which is less muscular. Perfect proportions. All fits: massive back, shoulders, pecs, abs and legs. Above all his arms are huge. Probably about 18 inches. Armwrestling with him may hurt.

Secondly:
His powerful body is complemented by a powerful mind. All his training is based on comprehensive, theoretical knowledge. Andrew is exercise physiologist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and graduate student at Columbia University in Manhatten studying for his masters in physiology, nutrition and kinesiology, the study of muscles and their movements.

Therefore this man knows exactly what he's doing when hitting the iron. You get an impression of his knowledge when you watch his videos on Allamericanguys.com and his workout DVD of RealworkoutsInc.com There he's explaining his exercises, what muscles he's training and why and how.

Popping muscles

And you get an impression of Andrew's strength. The chest presses on a vid of AAG: After each repetition he breathes out intensively, grasps. The last repetiton: Andrew groans, feels the burn, the pain. He tries even one more rep with all his strength: He makes it...at least a half one. Andrew is exhausted, but not longer than a few seconds. While breathing deeply, he explains that triceps is at least as important for big arms as biceps. Then a smile, a joke, some flexing, and the next weight and set.

His versatility: self-made

Strong, witty, versatile: This mixture is Andrew's way. Especially his versatility is amazing: Andrew is a self-made man. He has started a small personal training company that has clients and trainers operating throughout New York City and Long Island. His homepage - www.andrewaponick.com - is in the pipeline.

Back to the basketball field in the video: Ten minutes later. Andrew is drinking from a water bottle. He stretches, limbers up. One more try. He takes the ball, starts again running to the basket. He jumps and - a hit! Surely not the last one in his life.

Sean Susini: More than Muscles

Sean is a phenom in many ways. Very early he started working out. At the age of 15 he entered his first bodybuilding competition and triumphed in the 2001 INBF Naturalmania Championship. By age 18 he had nine first place victories in contests throughout the northeast USA. In 2005, 19 years old, he won the Hercules International Bodybuilding Competition for the fourth time in a row - that was unprecedented.

Winning team: father and son

Sean says the support of his whole family was very important to his success as a young bodybuilder. "My whole family is very supportive and they always come and see me when I compete." You instantly recognize the importance of his family, when you go on his homepage and see the relaxed, cool family photos.

But there is one person who has been especially decisive for the career of this boy from New Jersey: Domenico, his dad. His dad and his manager. Both - father and son - are a winning team. "My dad is the one that got me started in bodybuilding. He used to be a bodybuilder when he was younger. He started me on my training program but by the time I was 17, he could no longer keep up with me. That was pretty cool."

Workout method: high reps

For his training Sean maintains a high protein diet. As a natural bodybuilder Sean definitifely says No to steroids. Eventually Sean developed his own, very special training method, working out almost everyday. "Sometimes I do very high reps. I will put on a CD and perform reps for an entire CD, which is usually around 45 minutes."

What else is necessary for him for staying in good shape? "The workout in my video is the core regimen that keeps me fit. Cardio is something I do too and it really helps keep off the fat. And I love to wrestle and play ball. Most sports I enjoy. Other than that, I don't spend much time on my appearance."

A reserved hero

This is one more amazing point: Sean is natural, not at all arrogant despite his achievements and his popularity, not feeling like a star. On the contrary: Sean is even reserved - and therefore all the more likable. That's why he should become a star.

"I'm really kinda shy to tell the truth. But, once I step on stage and feel the support of the crowd, it's a real rush and I really get into showing off what I've accomplished with my physique. As for the attention off stage - yeah, that's cool. I enjoy it when people look at me. Working out is hard work and it's nice to know that the results are appreciated."

Dedication and hard work

Sean didn't start getting positive feedback on his physique until he started working out at 15. It was about that time that girls started noticing him. Sean remembers and smiles: "Yeah, I definitely liked that!"

Now he showcases his versatility through bodybuilding events, workout DVDs (RealworkoutsInc. and Sean Susini Enterprises), appearances in print magazines and modeling. Outstanding: his shootings for Allamericanguys.com. The fantastic results can be seen here on this page.

Dedication, hard work and smartness - With these special qualities Sean will surely get on in life, no matter whether he wins on the stage actually each time or not.

Mr. Universe and Tarzan

It will be very interesting on what activities Sean will concentrate in the future: bodybuilding, modeling or even acting. In fact he has already taken acting lessons and is thinking about scripts which have been offered to him.

"My true passion is bodybuilding. I like the results, the competition ... and the applause! I'd like to be a star bodybuilder and work in the world of fitness. If they wanted me to be the next Tarzan, that would be pretty cool."

Sean's stats - cold, no pump:

Height: 5' 11
Weight: 205 lbs
Biceps: 17.2
Chest: 48 (expanded)
Thigh: 26
Calf: 17
Waist: 33.5

Chadwick: Big Results

His progress is amazing: much more mass than some years ago, even better definition. Chadwick, the 21-year-old muscle boy from Ohio, tells us some interesting details about his successful technique.

Chadwick's workout routine:

"5-6 times a week 60-90mins a day. Like I said the time depends on the body parts I am working on that day. I have lowered my cardio a bit lately since I’m trying to pack on some pounds of muscle. I change up my routine every week so my body doesn’t get used to the same cycle. I have certain days for certain body parts some days I do supersets just depends on what i'm feeling that day. I just go in and bust ‘em all out really."

Chadwick's diet:

"Diet wise, I don’t eat fast food unless I absolutely have to and I stay away from junk food at all times. I don’t drink pop cuz its gross and bad for u.....but I mainly eat meat and veggies and stuff of that nature...the only time I really get strict on my diet is when I want to get real cut and lean then ill eat like clean meats like chicken and then veggies like broccoli and ill cut back on carbs so I won’t eat bread ... so I really don’t follow a strict diet just stay away from junk food."

Chadwick's plans for weight training and modeling:

"Right now I am in a bulking phase trying to add a bit more muscle trying to be about 190-195. The modeling thing is a great opportunity. Really any offer I get I feel flattered to get. To get paid for something that is interesting where I get to meet new unique people is just great. I am having fun so far."

Chadwick's stats:

Height - 5'11
Weight - 187lbs
Bench Max - 305
Lean Body Mass - 92%
Chest - 45"
Biceps - 16.25"
Waist - 30"
