This Fool Tyler

This Tyler is a phenom. Tyler Southwick, a 21-year-old American guy, is a phenom in two ways.

First ThisFoolTyler, as he calls himself, is a workout phenom. His workout is not only hard, Tyler has his own, very special technique: His performance is both athletic and artistic. Everywhere - in his garage, in the house, in the park - he does endless sets of pullups, pushups, situps. Sometimes he's moving fast like an acrobat, sometimes extremely slowly with unbeliebable strength. He punches the bag, he stems heavy weights, and all that with so much power that you can hardly trust your eyes.

Tyler radiates a never-ending energy and joy for workout. When you are watching him, you instantly want to take some dumbells and follow him. Therefore he's just perfect for this site WorkoutInspiration. A fan said: "I am glad a Tyler will share the results of his unrelenting hard work with us, it is damn inspirational and motovational." In his vids Tyler is joking and shows that he's also very funny. And he's is not arrogant:
"I'm just a straight 21 year old kid that loves to workout..I'm a big fan of fitness and seeing results.. so I workout pretty much everyday."
And these results are obvious: an amazing body which seems to consist of nothing but muscles. No sixpack - an eightpack of steel.

Secondly the guy from Sacramento, California, is an internet phenom. When Tyler began to post his workout vids on YouTube, interest and enthusiasm started: Soon he had his first fans. Links to his vids were posted on all boards. And the more videos he's publishing, the more fans he's getting. Now they want to know everything about their fitness idol: his stats, his nutrition, his workout routine. But Tyler is not only athletic, he's also clever. Whenever fans seek advice, he emphasizes:
"This is MY page on how I do a few workouts...so DON'T tell me how to use good Form ... this is NOT a page on how YOU do YOUR workouts...this is what I do, and the stuff that works for ME."
He says, everyone must find his own way - a statement which is fundamental for this site WorkoutInspiration. However he likes to answer certain questions of his fans. For example his basic stats: 5'9 and about 150 lbs now. His favourite quote is impressive:
"Pain is weakness LEAVING the body"
Besides weight lifting his hobbies include: basketball, football, movies, game, wakeboarding, snowboarding, clubs, partys.

Meanwhile there are about 25 workout vids of him on YouTube. His Yahoo group PullupExtremist has about 1200 members, still growing.

It will be exciting what we will see of Tyler Southwick in the future: surely some more impressive workout vids. But probably much more. A fitness or model career might follow. Tyler's future goal is to become a personal trainer. Anyway, I would like to report again about ThisFoolTyler here on WorkoutInspiration. My final recommendation for you: Watch and enjoy Tyler's vids - and find your own way.
