Myles Hannaman: Big Legs

In the gyms you see a lot of bodybuilders with great biceps, pecs and abs - but often they have quite skinny legs. They just want to impress with a big upper body and neglect leg exercises. The result looks quite ridiculous mostly.

Myles Hannaman, bodybuilder from Allamericanguys, is an expert in working out legs. In various impressive clips on AAG he's demonstrating his exercises for massive, big legs.

Myles explains: "Form is more important than how much weight you put on." After the exercises he takes off his shirt and his gym shorts. In his black thong he looks like Tarzan with all his big, perfectly defined muscles. Myles flexes his pumped up legs, claps with his hands on them and proudly says: "Now they look big! That's massive and thick. I like that. They're like rocks!" And he smiles: "With such legs you can go on stage or impress women on the beach."
