David Rich: Ultimate Home Bicep Workout


Get great guns with David Rich: In the first video the fitness model and trainer demonstrates the six most effective exercises for bigger biceps: basic bicep curl, hammer curl, body cross over curl, outside curl, alternate dumbbell curl, and deadlift to bicep curl.



In the second video David teaches biceps burn-outs: "This exercise really gives your biceps a great "pump". I like to do this a couple times a week at the end of my workouts to really burn my biceps out. There's many variations you can do of this: You can do less or more then 5 reps, give yourself rest time in between, etc. Have some fun with it. The goal is to work your biceps differently then you ever have before in order to create new muscle growth."
