Greg Plitt: Big Chest Exercises

In this training video from Met-Rx.com the popular bodybuilder Greg Plitt demonstrates various exercises for building up a big chest.

The first exercise is a super set: dumbbell flat press and dumbbell flat flys, followed by incline dumbbell press, dips and pushups. Greg explains in detail which exercises build the thickness, and which exercises build the width of your chest. Moreover you learn the number of sets and repetitions he does in each of these exercises.
