His name is Tuan Tran, and the image is a still from a Strengthnet.com video. In the video below Tuan Tran hits some poses outdoors. It's an excerpt from the DVD "Guns Houston Volume 2" available at MostMuscular.Com. The second video is a preview clip from the DVD "Guns: Houston Part One", also available at MostMuscular.com. It features Tuan Tran, Chris Heitman, Wes Simon, Adam Young and Chris Darby.
The third video shows Tuan Tran's posing routine at the Musclemania Superbody in Miami, Florida 2007. He received 1st place in the Novice Light Weight Division.
