Andrew Aponick's Determination

In this part of Andrew Aponick's workout, he gets pumped by doing a variety of exercises: Dumbbell Curls, Incline Dumbbell Presses, and the Dumbbell Triceps Press. You can see the concentration and determination on his face to do every rep that he intends to execute. Watching this part is also a great lesson on perfect form for each exercise.
