The site Muscle-Teens has posted nine videos showing Kamil's and Alex's joint upper-body workout. The two German buddies are training their chests, biceps, triceps, backs, shoulders and abs. It's a big pleasure to watch the likable, young muscle hunks lifting hard and having a lot of fun at the same time. Kamil (blue pants) stems from Poland, has hit the iron since his youth and is admired most for his huge arms.
