In the first video all natural bodybuilder and powerlifter Tuan Tran performs special pull ups: "Another one of my exercises that I would do to help with my training for back, arms and core. I got this one from gymnist because lbs for lbs, they have crazy strength and endurance."
In the second video Tuan does tricep dips to the extreme: "Just doing some good old fashion body weighted dips but with an extra 120 lbs."
